Job Description: 

2 x Hire Controllers

Acton West London

The successful applicants will be responsible for the day to day running of the company’s very busy hire desk.

Main product streams include generators, tool hire, general plant etc

Based at the company’s depot in Acton, West London the Hire Controller is an integral cog in the sales and operations function of the depot.

Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

• ·Answering calls
• ·Raising equipment hire paperwork
• ·Putting hires onto system
• ·Hire filing
• ·End of month invoicing off of the system

The Individual/Requirements:

The applicant must have experience of working in a tool hire or plant hire business or closely related industry sector and have the ability to focus on both the needs of the customer and the business in equal measure.

The ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues is essential
