A vacancy has arisen within our Glasgow head office for an Admin Assistant to join our GAP one team to ensure efficient and effective processing of sales orders and purchase invoices and to ensure that all related admin is completed to agreed timescales  

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Process all sales orders accurately using Movex

  • Process all purchase invoices relating to the re-hire of equipment and ensure that all costs are allocated accurately to customers  
  • Deal with all related admin tasks e.g. filing, updating excel spreadsheets etc
  • Adapt to changes in systems and criteria as and when required and be proactive in looking after GAP Group interests and Major Account customer business.

Candidate should be able to display excellent data entry skills and be able to work accurately to tight deadlines . PC literacy is essential as are good organisational skills.
