An exciting vacancy has arisen within our Stoke depot for a Hire and Sales Co-ordinator (HSC). This exciting and varied role offers a real opportunity to utilise your Customer Service and organisational skills in a fast moving and customer focused environment.

The key aspects of the role are

• Dealing with all telephone enquiries/orders from customers and providing accurate information on equipment as required.
• The Hire Controller will be expected to liaise with the workshop and drivers to ensure that equipment is available and co-ordinate drivers to ensure equipment is delivered to customers on time

• Process on hires, off hires and exchanges on PC and complete manual paperwork when necessary
• Operate and maintain daily diary recording all plant movements.
• Liaise with other GAP depots when equipment not available at own depot.
• Actively sell consumables to customers

Candidate should be able to display excellent communication skills along with a good telephone manner. Candidates should be able to work accurately to tight deadlines and be able to work on their own initiative. PC literacy is essential as are good organisational skills.
