Job Description:
Hire Direct support team area an integral part of the Hire Direct service provision to the customer. They are there to assist in monitoring and assessing requirements for individuals, teams and customers. They will develop and help to implement new strategies and maintain back office functionality to ensure continuous service excellence of the contact centre and its people.
Responsibilities
- Actively monitoring calls via the Call Recorder & measuring performance (for Customer Service levels)
- Manage Telephony system requirements
- Produce reports when required
- Assist in management of training requirements
- Job Chats – compile and schedule as required
- Follow Internal Systems & Procedures
- Ensure Complaints and Queries are dealt with efficiently
- Provide Knowledge & Advice to Customers & Colleagues
- Ensure own workstation is kept clean & tidy
