Rapid are market leaders in the specialised rental of air conditioning, heating and drying. A nationwide company with ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years.

We are looking for a Branch Manager to manage the Oldbury, West Midlands depot, sales executives and depot staff; whilst ensuring the functionality of the depot in achieving their targets and working within budgets as set out by the company.

Business and Selling Skills:
* Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
* Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts and depots, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
* Responsible for targeting major regional accounts
* Manage full lifecycle sales processes to include identifying and initiating new sales opportunities from prospects and existing customer databases
* Formation of direction for depot and departments in line with company budgets & targets
* To provide strategies and work with managers in completing their own yearly strategies in line with the companies 5 year plan
* To work with regional manager/regional director in setting budgets and targets
* To work alongside national accounts in providing information and sales strategies.
* Monitoring and mentoring internal and external sales staff
* Accompany external sales staff on visits to asses customers and sales executive performance
