Job Description:
Haulage Operations Support Manager
Reporting to Senior Operations manager in a team of 4, this role is responsible for the successful running of our Tipper and Grab Lorry fleet through communicating with our clients and staff.

Job functions:
- Telephone communications from clients and drivers
- Support sales drive
- Put sales contracts onto computer
- Provide delivery information to drivers
- Help staff from Administration to Debrief drivers at end of shift
- Collect and administer delivery notes at end of shift
Skills required:
- Basic computer competency, Excel, Word etc.
- Excellent telephone and face to face communication
- Commercial awareness
- A fast learner to adopt in a fast changing environment.
