Job Description: 

Looking for the very best Hire Controllers to work in a busy NW London Depot.

Be the first contact point for hires, dealing with telephone enquiries/order from customers and provide accurate information on equipment as required

Liaise with the workshop and drivers to ensure that equipment is available and ready to hire

Co-ordinate drivers to ensure equipment is delivered to customers on time

Process on hire, off hires and exchanges on Insphire. Process manual paperwork

Maximise all hire opportunities

Deal with day to day hire supplier issue management, resolution and reporting
