JUNIOR HIRE CONTROLLER - BERKSHIRE
You will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, both on the phone and face-to-face. The role will involve receiving orders (on-hires) and requests for collection / contract termination (off-hires), and organising delivery/collection. You will maximise all hire opportunities, recommending other company products and services, and the necessary consumables. A knowledge of hire industry and how it works is essential to succeed in this highly challenging but varied and rewarding position. All customer activity must be accurately recorded.
We’re looking for candidates with excellent people skills, and with a strong customer focus. With strong organisational skills, you will be a pro-active team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure. With experience of dealing with customers over the phone and face-to-face, you will be confident when conversing with customers and fellow colleagues.
Hire Industry experience is essential.
