An exciting vacancy has arisen  for a Team Leader to lead a team of GAP one Account Administrators to ensure all business between selected Major Account customers and GAP Group Ltd are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Monitor the team’s performance weekly(quality of work and effectiveness of calls) via reporting and on the job quality monitoring of a minimum of 2 hours per week per person and hold regular feedback sessions
• Prioritise own workload and also the team’s workload utilising the Senior Account Administrators, ensuring that all inboxes are cleared daily
• Produce a monthly report showing the additional revenue secured through add on sales and converting off hires into on hires
• Produce a monthly report highlighting the telephone/email traffic into GAP one and any trends i.e. Busiest times of the day
• Identify training requirements.
• Review transport charges & rehires to ensure correct charges being aplied.

Applicants should have Supervisory exoerience and should have preferably worked within the Hire or Construction industry.
