 IPAF & Pasma Training instructor

 

Being one of the most respected and established tool plant and access hirers in the North West Smiths Equipment Hire can offer a full time permanent position for an access instructor.

We are offering a minimum salary of £25k pa plus a generous bonus and a 4wd company car.

We have an access fleet of approaching 200 units and a dedicated training centre at our Preston depot and ambitious plans for expansion.

We would encourage applicants who are qualified in PASMA, IPAF but would also consider suitable candidates with potential to develop this already established department.

Further training and support will be given to the instructor to broaden courses available to clients.

Develop existing database of clients.

Administer role in a professional and organised manner in line with company policy.

Assist in the development of the training division.

Have a flexible approach.

To implement and assist internal staff training.
