Hire People - Plant Hire Recruitment are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Workshop Foreman / Manager to join an established hire business with a depot based in Essex

You will be responsile for ensuring that allequipment and machinery is maintained to a high standard both on and off site.

The position involves working with a small team to meet safety and legislation requirements whilst maximising machine availability.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working in a powered access , plant hire, tool hire or similar equipment hire and rentals environment 
• Good supervisory and leadership skills
  
• Good communication skills and customer focus
• IT experience

 A full driving licence Flexibility and willingness to travel an advantage.
