An exciting vacancy has arisen to work onsite at the premises of one of our Major Account Customers ( Daniels) in Warrington for a Customer Hire and Sales Co-ordinator (CHSC) to ensure all business between the customer and GAP Group Ltd is carried out in an efficient and effective manner
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the customers' on hire/off hire/exchange requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively and in line with their agreements.
Candidates should be able to display excellent communication skills along with a good telephone manner.
The successful applicant should be able to work accurately to tight deadlines and be able to work on their own initiative.
PC literacy is essential as are good organisational skills.
Experience in the plant & tool hire/construction industry would be an advantage.
This role would suit someone who is flexible and has a confident approach to work. Must be able to stay calm under pressure and be proactive in their dealings with customers.
