Hire and Sales Executive - Specialist Plant Hire (field based role based around Hampshire and covering Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire)
£28,000- £33,000 + Plus Bonuses (c£35+ OTE)

Our client is a long-established and leading construction, industrial and utilities supplier operating in the specialist products hire sector. Offering the latest and best quality hire machinery equipment, they are nationally reknowned for service and quality equipment. They are now looking to recruit a Hampshire based area sales executive.

As an Area Sales Executive you will be responsible for managing an established database of clients while bringing in a steady stream of orders from self sourced customers. Day to day, your role will involve dealing with customer queries across a range of products - up-selling where possible - all whilst promoting a first class service. Full training will be provided on the company's systems and any product ranges with which you are not already familiar.

Reporting to the Sales Manager/Depot Manager, in this field based role you will be responsible for effectively generating profitable business and positively marketing our client throughout Hampshire and the surrounding counties

Your role will involve implementing, monitoring, and reviewing sales plans, organising and carrying out effective product demonstrations, and providing technical support. You will also be required to generate new sales from existing customers, and seek out opportunities to widen the company's client database. 

To succeed as the Area Sales Executive you must have a proven successful and loyal sales background preferably in the plant and tool hire sector or within a closely allied industry such as equipment manufacturing or distribution. You will also need to show a competency using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
