Job Purpose:

  

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career by managing the nightshift team for one of the biggest depots in HSS. You'll be responsible for the depot operates efficiently throughout the night and is fully prepared for the next working day.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Providing good Customer Service
• Managing Nightshift Prism and Stock Movements
• Ensuring all vehicles are loaded ready for the Dayshifts routes
• Test and Run 
• Ensuring depot standards are kept to a high level
• Completing staff reviews on an ongoing basis
• Transport Routing
• Stock Inventories

 

Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:

  

• IT Literate, able to utilise various systems
• Problem solving ability
• Excellent customer service & telephone manner
• Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills
• Can demonstrate product knowledge relating to our business
• Ability to communicate clearly at all levels
• Has a confident professional telephone manner
