Sales Director Role
In line with our business expansion plans we are now seeking to recruit a Key Accounts Sales Director with a wealth of experience gained in the extremely competitive Hire and Rental sector.
Reporting directly to the Managing Directors you will currently or recently have been employed by a major UK Hire Company with a similar customer base as One Call Hire, including regional and national civil engineering companies, ground-workers and utility contractors.
In addition to managing and developing a Key Account portfolio the position of Sales Director also carries the responsibility of the hands on management of an existing field sales team including control over the recruitment of any new members.
As a director of a major service provider your responsibilities will include:
- Taking charge of the CRM system, scrutiny of outstanding tasks and opportunities per Sales Representative & producing substantiated reports.
- Directing and demonstrating to the sales force good business practises highlighting the need to achieve a profitable long standing relationship with new and existing clients
- Improvement of CRM information by working with the software provider.
- Analysis each month of customers spends and patterns.
- Implementation and maintenance of quarterly reviews with sales force.
- Training of the sales force and depot staff in the skill of selling the offerings of One Call Ltd, its services and company ethos including the arranging and chairing of training days.
- Dealing with approved customer questionnaires
- Regularly reviewing hire rates of customers and competitors.
- Various marketing duties.
