Hire Manager Required for a leading Heavy Plant and Heavy Equipment Rental Specialist

Hire People are proud to be working alongside this major provider of Heavy Plant and Equipment into the Construction and Civil Engineering market sectors.

We are seeking a senior level hire manager, based in the North West UK
to take responsibility for the efficient delivery of a range of specialist heavy plant hire services throughout the UK.
Reporting to the board of directors, your role will be to manage, coordinate
and support the hire desk, to co-ordinate resources and to ensure the achievement of Customer Service and Financial objectives.

This position is ideally suited to candidates with a high level of customer care and service skills preferably coming from a Hire Controller or Rental Manager background.

PLANT HIRE or NICHE HIRE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A PRE-REQUISITE

CPC Holders are preferred however candidates without will still be considered

Key responsibilities include:
Financial Performance
Service Standards
An element of man-management
Logistics (candidates are preferred to be CPC holders)
An understanding of the control of Assets and Costs
