We are seeking a senior level hire manager, based in the North West UK
to take responsibility for the efficient delivery of a range of specialist heavy plant hire services throughout the UK.
Reporting to the board of directors, your role will be to manage, coordinate
and support the hire desk, to co-ordinate resources and to ensure the achievement of Customer Service and Financial objectives.
This position is ideally suited to candidates with a high level of customer care and service skills preferably coming from a Hire Controller or Rental Manager background.
PLANT HIRE or NICHE HIRE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A PRE-REQUISITE
CPC Holders are preferred however candidates without will still be considered
Key responsibilities include:
Financial Performance
Service Standards
An element of man-management
Logistics (candidates are preferred to be CPC holders)
An understanding of the control of Assets and Costs
