Job Description: 

GAP Group will shortly be introducing a specialist Lifting division into the Group. The division will be incorporated in six locations within our current depot network. As a result we currently require 2 Sales Engineers with Lifting experience to join this division

The role of the regional Sales Engineer is to develop and maximise revenue for the Lifting Division from existing GAP customers and introduce new customers to the Group to ensure the division  meets budgeted revenue targets.                                         .

The role will be based within a Lifting Division Regional depot with extensive travel   throughout that region

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify the lifting needs of existing GAP customers and maximise this revenue
• Identify and introduce new customers to the Lifting Division
• Establish customer spend with their existing supplier to determine best possible rates for GAP.
• Prepare and submit proposals and quotations to customers
• Delivery and Collection of equipment to and from customers when required
• Visual inspections of equipment prior to hire when required
• Regular visits to Lifting Division customers
