They are renowned in the industry and take pride in their service and quality track record To build upon recent successes they require a high calibre Area Sales Manager / Key Account / Business Development Manager who can help them maintain and develop growth of the business.

Responsibilities will include managing and developing a portfolio of Key Accounts on a local and regional level, maximising business opportunities, improving margin performance and ensuring customer loyalty. You will already be an experienced hire industry sales profesional, someone who has previously sold rental products into the midlands marketplace of construction, utilities and industrial customers. You wil be familiar with selling on-site, through engineering departments and purchasing offices and looking to progress your career with a forward thinking, successful company.

Plant Hire Key Account Manager - Midlands

Candidate

You will be based in the Midlands. Ideally, you need to be within an hour and half of Birmingham as you will need to cover the surrounding areas. You will need at least 3 years' sales experience from a hire related background, key your to success will be your track record of selling a service to a similar market sector such as Utilities, Petrochemical, Quarrying, Civil Engineering and Construction. Ideally, this experience will be gained from a power generation, pump hire, powered access, plant hire, tool hire or capital machinery background. A proven track record of success is essential. It is an ideal role for an ambitious character, as it gives the opportunity of career progression within the company.
