Our client a blue chip, national hire company are looking for a hardworking and successful hire desk controller to join their friendly team based in Manchester.

Overall you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from buyers and site based end-users and booking out  tool hire, plant and specialist hire equipment, liaising with the depots concerned, organising dispatch and collection and ensuring that the order is seen through from start to finish
The ideal candidate will be bright, enthusiastic, have an excellent telephone manner and come from  a plant or tool hire, general hire industry  or construction supply background and have experience of customer service, sales and sales administration.
