JOB SPECIFICATION: Field Sales / Area Sales Executive, Territory Sales As an Field Sales Executive/Business Development Manager you will be responsible for managing an established database of clients while bringing in a steady stream of orders from self sourced customers. Day to day, your role will involve dealing with customer queries across a range of products - up-selling where possible - all whilst promoting a first class service. Full training will be provided on the company's systems and any product ranges with which you are not already familiar. BASIC: £30,000 - £35,000 OTE: £45K+

This hire industry specilaist has locations stretching the length and breadth of the UK.
Ideally with in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC products including Chillers, Boilers, Air Conditioning and other Air Treatment products, you'll identify and then develop fruitful relationships with new business prospects. Keeping a finger firmly on the pulse of your portfolio, you'll also research the challenges facing both those new and existing customers, in order to pinpoint where your services could benefit your clients and their bottom line.
REQUIREMENTS: Field Sales Representative, Area Sales Executive, Territory Sales
You will have;
* A proven track record selling HVAC or a similar or closely related product or specialist hire product in to local and national businesses with facilities and requirements throughout the Midlands.
* Evidence of sales success in a targeted, field sales environment.
* The intelligence to grasp a technical product and the ability to sell at all levels from site based buyers through to procurement departments of national and niche hirers
