DEPOT MANAGER
Position - Depot Manager - Plant Hire. Reporting to the Operations Director
Location - Derbyshire
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Depot Manager to be responsible for management of the depot and its employees
Main Duties
o Effectively manage the depot and meet set targets, budgets and KPI's
o Lead and motivate depot staff
o Take customer orders, negotiate hire terms and arrange delivery and collection in accordance with customer requirements
o Ensure all operations comply with all current Company Policies, Systems and Procedures
o Effectively implement the Company Health, Safety, Welfare and Environmental Policies and Procedures
o Ensure Transport Activities are conducted in accordance with legislative and O' Licence requirements
o Develop and manage customer portfolio and identify and develop new business opportunities
Requirements
o Management experience
o Full driving licence
o Local area knowledge
o Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
