Job Description: 

Buckhurst Plant Hire is part of a privately owned group specialising in the hire and sale of General Plant and specialist utility equipment.

 

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Depot Manager at our Bathgate Depot situated in the Central Belt of Scotland. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the key duties of the role are; overall responsibility for the daily operation of the depot, ensuring depot sales and profitability are achieved, employee motivation and development, health and safety compliance.

 

The key requirements for the role are;

 

• Excellent leadership skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Highly motivated.
• Good customer focus. 
• Previous management experience within the industry.
