A vacancy has arisen within the Group for a Major Account Support Coordinator to be based within our Major Account team in the Midlands.
Reporting to the Major Account Director, the key responsibilities of this role are to provide field based support to the Major Account team by identifying opportunities and developing relationships with large sites, utility contracts and regional offices.
· Work closely with the Major Account Director & Managers to identify and maximise revenue streams.
· Regular visits to Major Account customer sites (as directed by the Major Account Director) to identify and develop relationships with key staff, i.e Contract Managers and local office managers.
· Ensure all customer site leads are followed up and actioned.
· Ensure site information and contacts are relayed to relevant GAP personnel.
· Work closely with local depot General Managers and Sales Reps through joint site visits.
· Provide input to assist Major Account Team with compiling tenders and price proposals for customers when required.
· Liaise with GAP one Customer Support teams in Head Office to help resolve any customer queries within a timely manner.
· Organising and attending Major Account contract roll-outs and mobilisations.
· Preparation and submission of reports to the Major Account Director
· Participation in regional/area sales drives
· Organising and attending Major Account customer entertainment events
