JOB SPECIFICATION: Field Sales / Area Sales Executive, Territory Sales

As an Area Sales Executive you will be responsible for managing an established database of clients while bringing in a steady stream of orders from self sourced customers. Day to day, your role will involve dealing with customer queries across a range of products - up-selling where possible - all whilst promoting a first class service. Full training will be provided on the company's systems and any product ranges with which you are not already familiar.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, in this field based role you will be responsible for effectively generating profitable business and positively marketing our client throughout the Midlands sales territory

Your role will involve implementing, monitoring, and reviewing sales plans, organising and carrying out effective product demonstrations, and providing technical support. You will also be required to generate new sales from existing customers, and seek out opportunities to widen the company's client database.

REQUIREMENTS: Field Sales Executive, Area Sales Executive, Territory Sales

You will have;
* A proven track record selling a plant hire/tool hire or specialist hire product such as powered access, power generation or similar in to local and national businesses throughout the West Midlands.
* Evidence of sales success in a targeted, field sales environment.
* The intelligence to grasp a technical product and the ability to sell at all levels from site based buyers through to procurement departments of national and niche hirers
