1. How long does it take to input a vacancy?
   Generally speaking, just a few minutes - there are a few attributes such as job title, name and description that are mandatory and others which are optional, such as salary, number of positions available and image. We advise filling out as many attributes as possible - this will help us list your product more effectively.
   
   
2. How many items can I upload?
   You can upload an essentially limitless number of vacancies. However, we will make regular checks to ensure fair usage and quality
   
   
3. Once I upload an vacancy or change a description, how quickly does it become available to search?
   Instantly. As soon as you have made your change the item will be found within the search list.
   
   
4. What happens if my connection goes down while I'm uploading items?
   This depends on what upload method you are using.
   The Upload Tool (upload with images) is very robust if you lost your connection while uploading, just reconnect and you'll be able to finish your order where you left off: there is no need to start again from scratch.
   If you are performing an pload without images, using the form on our website, then if the connection goes down you will need to start the process again from scratch.
   
   
5. What is the maximum image file size you can accept?
   When using the online Controller Screens to add images the maximum allowed file size is 1MB per image.
   
   
6. What types of image files do you accept?
   You can upload .JPEG, .GIF or .PNG files.
   
   
7. What type of data files do you accept?
   Data files must be in either CSV or XML format. If you require help creating files in either of these formats then please refer to Upload Your Stock Using a CSV or XML File page in the user guide
   
   
8. Can I upload data from my own database?
   Yes. Simply export your data in either a .CSV or .XML format that matches our stated requirements and then upload as described in our user guide.
   
   
9. Why do I have to have Java installed on my PC?
   You must have the Java Runtime Environment installed in order for you to use our online text editor (when maintaining individual vacanciess). Installation should happen automatically when you use either of these features for the first time.
   
   
10. Can I use photos from my own image library?
    Yes you can upload your data together with associated images files using our Upload Tool (upload with images).
    
    
11. How do I report a technical fault?
    To report a problem with the site or if you encounter any problems contact us through the "contact us" button at the foot of the home page
