TEMPORARY CONTRACT TO PERMANENT - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - IMMEDIATE START|
Description: Our client are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Administrator. This is a long term temporary contract (paid weekly).
Answering telephone calls, taking messages and dealing with customer enquiries
Dealing with customers in a professional, courteous and friendly manner
Processing customer orders using in house computer system
General administration duties including filing contract paperwork, photocopying etc.
Liaising with other departments and communicating information effectively to other team members
Scheduling deliveries and engineers workloads when required
Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be able to build trusted relationships with clients and work constructively with other members of the team.
Excellent computer skills are required for this role.
Ideally with previous experience in a customer service ort administration role and with excellent organisational skills and an analytical mind, this role is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team with the potential for personal growth and development.
